Step #1: Fill Out Electronic Warranty Claim Form: All claims must first be authorized before proceeding to Step #2 but this form only takes about 2 minutes to fill out and a necessity for all warranty-related claims.
Step #2: Send in Broken Part or Entire Engine: If a part covered by our extended warranty breaks under normal operating conditions during the coverage period, send in the broken part to the address listed below along with:
Engine Serial Number
Address To Send Replacement Part (see below)
Return Shipping/Handling Charges
Copy of Your Purchase Receipt (print out and send in)
If you want our technicians to diagnose the problem or if you think the problem is the engine itself—then send it in! In either case, we will diagnose and repair the problem (so long as its not caused by abuse, neglect, etc.) for you—including replacing the entire engine where necessary!
Please note that return postage charges (to ship the engine or part back to you) must be paid prior to us repairing/replacing your engine. Also—WE DO NOT MAKE A SINGLE POUND FROM THE POSTAGE FEES—PERIOD.
