Junkai Liu's Excel Bike From Bristol

Here is my feed back, please add it to your site with my picture. Initially I just wanted to buy an easy and cheap form of transportation to go to university and back. I got very confused when I first opened the parcel of the engine kit, because I knew nothing about mechanisms, and the only thing I know about bicycles is how to ride them. However, the kit comes with very clear install instructions (would be better if it was colour printed), and I got full email and telephone support until my the engine was working on my bike, and they still keep helping me with the maintenance.
I want to thank Transformercycles who provided very outstanding help to me. We used email (they replied even faster than me), they sent me lots of pictures for illustration, and also phoned me to help me directly. Now they keep emailing me to teach me how to maintain the engine. Thank you so so much!
The first time engine started spinning; you can't image how excited I was unless you did it yourself too. Please don't ask the garage to install it for you if possible, or you'll lose the part that's most fun. So far I have tried this bike for two days, it's easy to park, any stationary post will do. It's convenient, you can pedal, or use engine, or pedal with engine, or push on sidewalk. This motorized bike is really fun, cool, economical and fantastic.
