HEAVY DUTY REAR AXEL ASSEMBLY FOR YOUR MOTORIZED BICYCLE:

2 sealed bearings with double row balls.

Screw on flange with solid hub.

HD drum brake included.

44 tooth sprocket included.

PLEASE NOTE: 

Assembly of this Heavy Duty axel is best done by a qualified bicycle repair shop;  Selecting the correct length 12 ga. Stainless steel spokes is important as well as spoke nut even tension tightening process.   If your wheel rim has holes for smaller dia. spokes you can drill out to fit.  To install the finished wheel use an expander tool to spread the frame opening equally 1 cm on each side of center line in most cases.

 

Select 12ga. Stainless Spokes.
Insert spokes in axel flange with head in and head out in an alternating hole sequence pattern.

 

Start spokes in rim at valve stem hole:
Use 8 skip spoke pattern to rim.
Screw on spoke nuts.
Use spoke wrench to tighten nuts.

 

Align wrench on spoke an nut. 
Use wheel holding machine for true alignment while lacing the spokes.
Measure equal lengths.

 
Wheel fully laced and ready to install solid hub as required.

Use of a frame spreader is recommended if it is required.

 
This model comes with a solid sprocket hub for pedal start engines like the 48cc GEN II GT2

 

Install sprocket included with the kit.
Screw on brake hub as shown included with the kit.
Attach brake housing included with the kit.
Adjust nut for brake tension settings.
